This program includes an Intramuscular Ketamine session and a Holosomatic Breathwork session, both in a small group with a maximum of 10 participants, in a ceremonial framework. You will be guided by two skilled facilitators to set an intention and integrate your experiences. Price includes evaluation by the physician and psychologist, the ketamine medication, all retreat activities, and two one-hour follow-up group integration sessions. Light snacks, water, and tea will be provided after the ketamine session.

Intramuscular Ketamine is delivered by injection into the upper arm. The altered state created by ketamine can unlock new awareness that can be integrated into your understanding of yourself and the world to support you in making lasting changes. On a biological level, ketamine increases neuroplasticity (the brain’s ability to create new neurons and pathways) and helps reset the Default Mode Network (the part of the brain that controls how you think about and experience yourself).

Holosomatic Breathwork combines conscious breath control with body-based awareness, inviting you to release stress, dissolve emotional blockages, and reconnect with your authentic self.
Through movement, sound, and somatic release techniques, participants learn to reawaken the body’s innate intelligence and cultivate lasting wellbeing.

About the Facilitators:
Dr. Murat Akalin is a psychiatrist and family physician. He brings a holistic approach, grounded in deep listening, to his work with patients. Dr. Akalin has experience working with ketamine and holotropic breathwork, and also working with patients who are using psychedelic medicines in combination with traditional psychiatric medications. He believes that spiritual needs are often overlooked in mental health treatment. He finds satisfaction in helping his patients move toward healing rather than symptom reduction alone. Jenilee Sneed, PhD, C-IAYT, is a licensed psychologist, certified Holosomatic Breathwork Facilitator, and certified Yoga Therapist. She also holds a Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Certification from the Integrative Psychiatry Institute. She deeply believes in the healing power of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and breathwork when offered in a safe, supportive therapeutic setting. In her private practice in San Luis Obispo, CA, Jenilee specializes in working with trauma and anxiety and regularly works with clients in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy sessions, integrating somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and compassionate presence to support deep healing and lasting change. About the Retreat Center:
Rockview Nest is a peaceful coastal home located in the quiet community of Los Osos, California, near Morro Bay. The retreat will take place in a calm, light-filled indoor space designed for rest and reflection. This location offers privacy, comfort, and easy access to the surrounding coastal landscape. Time will be provided to enjoy the coastal views and fresh ocean air.
