Sacred Ceremony: Ketamine and Breathwork

If you know something in your life is ready to change, but you aren’t sure how, this retreat is for you.

This experience is for those who are self-aware and grounded, yet know there is something deeper that needs to change. Perhaps you have done therapy and still feel stuck in some ways. You want to connect deeply with yourself and create a meaningful shift so that you can live with more joy and ease.

What to Expect:

When:

May 30, 2026, 10 am - 4 pm

Where:

Rockview Nest, Los Osos CA

When you arrive at the nest, you will be greeted by the facilitators who will help you get settled into the space. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, you will be safely held with compassionate presence. You will leave with a renewed sense of self-connection and a direction forward so that you can live with greater ease in the world.

The day will include an Intramuscular Ketamine session and a Holosomatic Breathwork session, delivered in a small group of up to 6 participants within a ceremonial framework. You will be guided by the two skilled facilitators to set an intention and integrate your experiences.

Price includes evaluation by the medical provider and psychologist, the ketamine medication, all retreat activities, and two one-hour follow-up group integration sessions. Light snacks, water, and tea will be provided after the ketamine session.

❋Please note that you will not be permitted to drive following the ketamine session and will need to set up transportation home. Ketamine requires a 4-hour fast before administration, so lunch will not be served.

Intramuscular Ketamine is delivered by injection into the upper arm. The altered state created by ketamine can unlock new awareness that can be integrated into your understanding of yourself and the world to support you in making lasting changes. On a biological level, ketamine increases neuroplasticity (the brain’s ability to create new neurons and pathways) and helps reset the Default Mode Network (the part of the brain that controls how you think about and experience yourself).

❋ Intramuscular Ketamine

Holosomatic Breathwork combines conscious breath control with body-based awareness, inviting you to release stress, dissolve emotional blockages, and reconnect with your authentic self.

Through movement, sound, and somatic release techniques, participants learn to reawaken the body’s innate intelligence and cultivate lasting wellbeing.

❋ Holosomatic Breathwork
