Within a carefully held, ceremonial setting, participants take part in both an intramuscular ketamine session and a Holosomatic Breathwork session, offered in a small group of no more than 10 people to ensure safety, presence, and individualized support. Guided by two experienced facilitators, each experience is framed with intention-setting and followed by thoughtful integration to support meaning-making and long-term insight. The program includes medical and psychological evaluation, ketamine medication, all retreat sessions, and two one-hour group integration meetings to support continued processing and connection. Light snacks, water, and tea are provided. Registration is required, and space is intentionally limited to support depth, care, and quality of experience.
