Price: $450.00

February 22, 2026, 10 am - 5 pm
Where:
Crows End Retreat Center, San Luis Obispo
This program includes a Trauma-Sensitive Yoga session and a Holosomatic Breathwork session in a small group with a maximum of 8 participants. You will be guided by two skilled facilitators to set an intention for the retreat and integrate your experiences. Light snacks, water, and tea will be provided. Please bring your own lunch to enjoy on the grounds.
What to Expect:
The TCTSY methodology is based on central components of the hatha style of yoga, modified to build participants’ experiences of empowerment and connection with their bodies, in a safe way, at their own pace, completely in charge of their own experience.
❋ Trauma-Sensitive Yoga
Holosomatic Breathwork combines conscious breath control with body-based awareness, inviting you to release stress, dissolve emotional blockages, and reconnect with your authentic self.
Through movement, sound, and somatic release techniques, participants learn to reawaken the body’s innate intelligence and cultivate lasting wellbeing.
❋ Holosomatic Breathwork
